Rob Stephenson
Mr. Stephenson has held numerous positions during his eight year tenure at Access Northeast, most recently heading the firm’s Business Development & Marketing efforts prior to being named CEO in 2008. With 18+ years of professional experience, Rob has helped expand Access Northeast’s Colocation Business while also forging successful channel partner relationships, strategic alliances and driving the business plan. Prior to joining Access Northeast, Rob was the Eastern Regional Channel & Marketing Manager for Internap Network Services. While at Internap, he helped develop corporate relationships with Accenture, Coradiant, WireOne, Mercury Computer and others. Rob holds a double-major in Economics and Political Science from The University of Vermont and an MBA from Boston College in Technology Marketing, where he was also enshrined in the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society.
Chief Technical Officer
Eric Kagan
Mr. Kagan has 18 years of LAN, WAN, and Internet systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting experience. Prior to joining Access Northeast, Eric co-owned RCS Plus, a Systems Integration and Internet Service Provider firm. He was responsible for all aspects of consulting, technical staff management, service delivery, as well as research and development and network architecture. Eric holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Mike Donnellan
Mr. Donnellan has over 30 years of operational experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Prior to joining Access Northeast, Mike was the founder & CEO of Edoceo Solutions, a firm specializing in outsourced VPN and WAN Management Services. Prior to Edoceo Solutions, Mike was the VP of Operations at CTC Communications, a $350M Public Telecommunications Company. During his 14 years at CTC, Mike developed the service delivery, customer care and billing process enabling CTC’s rapid growth and industry leading record of customer retention. Mike holds a BA from Saint Anselm College, with a focus in Business and Economics.
Vice President of Technical Services
Brian Bean
Mr. Bean brings over 20 years of experience in Telecom, Internet & Data Center technologies to Access Northeast, from tenures at Internap Network Services and MCI Communications. In his most recent role as Regional Technical Manager at Internap, Brian was responsible for the sales engineering efforts in the New England, New York & Eastern Canadian markets over the previous nine years. Prior to Internap, Mr. Bean held various positions at MCI, including operations and sales engineering, and most prominently headed the MCI FAA LINCS program, which provided the primary mission-critical air traffic communications network for the Federal Aviation Administration. Brian is also a US Veteran of the Air Force.
Vice President of Sales
John Holland
Mr. Holland is a veteran in the Hosting, Colocation and the Telecommunications Industry, with more than 15 years experience managing sales teams in some of New England’s leading technology firms. Most recently, John was the Vice President of Sales at Sungard Availability for the Northeast Region. Prior to Sungard, John managed the New England and Canadian sales teams for Internap Network Services for more than five years. Additional roles have included various management and sales stints at Broadwing Communications, Mirror Image Internet and MCI. John is a Saint Anselm College graduate with a Bachelors’ Degree in Business and Economics.
